Guiding You to Emotional Freedom and Lasting Transformation

I’m Ariel, a trauma-informed practitioner specializing in emotional mastery and functional neurology.

I spent years knowing exactly what was wrong with me and still not being able to change it. I did the therapy, the programs, the retreats. I could articulate my patterns better than most therapists in the room. And my body kept doing the same thing anyway.

That’s what sent me down a path most people don’t take — into functional neurology, somatic work, applied kinesiology, fascial tissue, the actual mechanics of how the nervous system holds on and lets go. I became obsessed with one question: why do smart, self-aware people who have done so much work still feel so stuck?

The answer changed everything I thought I knew about healing.

It’s not about the story. It’s not about the insight. It’s about what your nervous system learned — and whether it’s ever been given the conditions to learn something different.

That’s what I do now. I work with people who are done circling the drain of self-awareness without change. High-achievers, deep feelers, people who have invested real time and real money in their growth and are still hitting the same wall. People who know better and can’t seem to do better — yet.

My work sits at the intersection of body and brain. I use functional neurology, somatic pattern work, applied kinesiology, and meridian therapy to find where your nervous system got stuck — and create the conditions for it to reorganize. Not through force. Not through more understanding. Through new experience.

I’m not here to be your therapist. I’m not here to hold space while you process the same story for the fifth time. I’m here to find the alarm that keeps going off and help your system finally learn it’s safe to turn it off.

If you’ve done the work and you’re ready for the part that actually moves the body — I’m your person.
