Like many of my clients, I spent years in talk therapy, analyzing my past and understanding my emotions—but despite all the awareness, my body still carried the weight of my trauma. Literally. I believed healing had a limit. That my nervous system was permanently wired for survival. That I had to settle for managing symptoms rather than experiencing true transformation.
Everything changed when I discovered the missing piece: nervous system regulation and functional neurology. By working with my body’s innate intelligence—not just my mind—I unlocked a level of healing that I didn’t know was possible.
